WASHINGTON, DC (January 13, 2026) – McDermott+ is pleased to announce the promotions of three team members: Jeffrey Davis has been promoted to senior director, Yamini Kalidindi, PhD, has been promoted to director, and Julia Grabo has been promoted to manager.

Jeffrey Davis is a skilled healthcare executive with substantial knowledge of regulatory advocacy and healthcare policies. Jeffrey’s work focuses on issues tied to provider payment, and reimbursement as well as quality reporting. He also has significant experience with recent regulatory developments, such as the implementation of surprise billing rules. Jeffrey is also the primary author of Regs & Eggs, M+’s weekly regulatory affairs blog.
Yamini Kalidindi, PhD, provides a deep understanding of Medicare payment policies, claims-based data analysis, and health services research. She uses this knowledge to help clients understand the financial impacts of new regulations, respond effectively to health policy developments, and support their strategic decision-making.
Julia Grabo produces comprehensive research and analysis of key federal healthcare policy developments and legislative initiatives. She helps clients track and analyze the latest legislative, policy, and regulatory developments in Washington, DC. She also coordinates coalition and client collaborations to achieve advocacy and policy goals.
