The Director of Accounting and Finance Systems is responsible for the vision, implementation, and enhancement of Accounting and Finance systems and processes. This role collaborates across teams to working closely with IT and Accounting and Finance to research and recommend software solutions that drive accurate accounting and financial reporting. The Director of Accounting and Finance Systems champions best practices and transformative projects to elevate the organization’s accounting and financial systems infrastructure.

The AI Innovation Manager leads the firm’s efforts in exploring, adopting, and implementing cutting-edge artificial intelligence (AI) solutions. This role serves as a champion for AI technologies, educating and inspiring others about the potential benefits while also critically evaluating new AI solutions for their suitability within the firm’s legal practice, and driving successful delivery of custom and 3rd party solutions. The AI Innovation Manager works under minimal supervision and relies on extensive knowledge and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.

The Application Integration Engineer develops, maintains and supports the Firm’s portfolio of financial applications, including an in-depth understanding of the overall architecture of the applications and supporting infrastructure (i.e. servers, Citrix, mobile functions, security, and databases). This role supports all stages of system development, including gathering requirements, technical design, coding, unit and integration testing, deployment, and post-production support. This position regularly interacts with end users, firm wide and local IT groups, and outside vendors. The Application Integration Engineer works under general supervision and relies on experience and judgement to plan and accomplish goals.

The Financial Analyst (Strategy) prepares standard and ad-hoc financial reports for the Firm’s practice group leaders and senior managing partners. This position conducts ongoing audits of financial data to ensure the quality and accuracy of reported information. The Financial Analyst (Strategy) works under general supervision and relies on limited experience and direction to perform duties.
