Innovation Center Hosts Webinar on InCK Model on May 15

The Center for Medicare and Medicaid Innovation (the Innovation Center) will host a webinar on the Integrated Care for Kids (InCK) Model on Wednesday, May 15 from 2 to 3 pm ET.

Innovation Center representatives will respond to inquiries about InCK’s Notice of Funding Opportunity and application requirements. Registration information is available here.

InCK is a child-centered local service delivery and state payment model that aims to reduce expenditures and improve the quality of care for children covered by Medicaid and the Children’s Health Insurance Program who have, or are at-risk for developing, significant health needs.
