CMMI Posts Resources on Primary Care and Kidney Payment Models

The Center for Medicare and Medicaid Innovation (CMMI) uploaded resources on the Primary Care First and the Comprehensive Kidney Care Contracting models. The models were announced earlier in 2019. The applications are now available and are due January 22, 2020.
