The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) is offering web training courses for providers to learn more about the Quality Payment Program. Courses are offered through the Medicare Learning Network. More information about the training can be found here. The available training covers the following topics:
- Promoting Interoperability Performance Category for the 2019 Performance Year
The training will cover reporting requirements, data submission and collection types, scoring and benchmarks, and available resources.
- All-Payer Combination Option in 2019
This training will cover the origins and objectives of the all-payer option, as well as differences in criteria and medical home model standards.
This training will cover trips on identifying an APM model, participation requirements, and steps clinicians can take to join an APM.
- MIPS Participation in 2019
The training will cover criteria for eligible clinicians, identify differences between individual, group, and virtual group reporting requirements, and inform participants on ways to submit 2019 data.
