National Comprehensive Cancer Network Holds Summit on Quality in Cancer Care

On September 12, 2019, the National Comprehensive Cancer Network is holding its oncology policy summit, “Defining, Measuring and Applying Quality in an Evolving Health Policy Landscape and the Implications for Cancer Care.” Experts will discuss the role of outcomes-based oncology quality measures in policy decision-making, including how the patient experience is considered and applied in clinical decision-making. The summit will also evaluate how clinical utility and personalized medicine outcomes shape the health care system.
