Lost Your Bearings in the MACRA Final Rule? M+ Table of Contents Will Help You Find Your Way

Both a standalone TOC and TOC hyperlinked to the Official Federal Register Published Final Rule are available.

On November 4, 2016 the Medicare Access and CHIP Reauthorization Act (MACRA) Final Rule was published in the Federal Register. Unfortunately, the over 800-page document was published with a very limited table of contents (TOC). McDermottPlus has created a document to help guide you through this monumental and historic regulation.

The TOC provides hyperlinks to key components of the regulation including:

  • All major sections and subjections
  • Regulation text
  • 64 tables
  • Eight addendum tables

The TOC also includes a list of acronyms from the final rule.

The TOC hyperlinked to the Official Federal Register version of the MACRA Final Rule is available below.

A more portable standalone version of the TOC is also available here.

Please contact JennyRandles if you have any difficulty downloading the files.

More information on MACRA can be found at the McDermottPlus MACRA Resource Center.
