The Center for Medicare and Medicaid Innovation is holding a webinar on April 4, from 2:45 to 4 pm ET, to review the Maternal Opioid Misuse (MOM) model Notice of Funding Opportunity and Grants.gov application process. The same material from the webinar on February 21 will be covered, and there will be a live Q&A in the second half of the session. State Medicaid agencies and care-delivery partners are encouraged to participate. The model application is available here.
Registration information is available here. The toll-free attendee dial-in is 844-819-3963 and the conference ID is 3298433.
The MOM model addresses fragmentation in the care of pregnant and postpartum Medicaid beneficiaries with opioid use disorder through state-driven transformation of the delivery system surrounding this vulnerable population. It supports the coordination of clinical care and the integration of other services critical for health, wellbeing and recovery.
