The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Innovation has released updated FAQs to assist applicants in preparing submissions for the Integrated Care for Kids (InCK) Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO). To view and download the new content, visit the “How to Apply” section of the InCK Model website.
InCK is a child-centered local service delivery and state payment model that aims to reduce expenditures and improve the quality of care for children covered by Medicaid and Children’s Health Insurance Program who have, or are at-risk for developing, significant health needs. The complete NOFO details and submission instructions are available here. Applications for the InCK NOFO are due on http://www.grants.gov/ by 3 pm ET on June 10, 2019. Late or incomplete applications will be ineligible for review.
