Supporting the Healthcare Practice, the Marketing Specialist is responsible for executing the tactics driving the group’s go-to-market strategy. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this role will support campaigns from strategic development to reporting and take ownership of day-to-day tactical execution, including helping develop thought leadership content and leading marketing for events and webinars.

As a Marketing Specialist you will:

  • Partner with internal stakeholders, including business development, digital marketing, CRM, PR, creative and brand teams
  • Manage multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive awareness and nurture leads
  • Develop and promote thought leadership content and event marketing materials to drive engagement among target audiences
  • Analyze data to evaluate performance, using KPIs to assess effectiveness across digital channels using tools including Salesforce, Google Analytics, Eloqua and lead scoring, among others
  • Populate metrics dashboards with relevant data to communicate results of marketing campaigns and tactics
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify key issues and opportunities, helping deliver additional insights to current clients and creating cross-sell opportunities
  • Develop multimedia content for each level of the marketing funnel
  • Help manage third-party vendors


Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • At least five (5) years of related work experience, preferably in the healthcare or legal industry
  • Relevant B2B marketing experience
  • Writing and editing experience, preferably in a B2B setting
  • Experience with content management systems, marketing software, email marketing platforms and social media platforms
  • Self-starter with strong time management, attention to detail, organizational skills and the ability to manage tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to function effectively both independently and as a member of a team
